Event - Children In Need

14 November 2008

Everyone at Clifton school had great fun raising money for Children in Need.

Friday was a non-uniform day and pupils and staff paid 50p to wear their favourite clothes. We held cake sales at Key Stage 1 and 2 and in the Nursery. Mr Lamprey had his head shaved by Mrs Awan in front of all the children at Key Stage 1. He needs his Children in Need headscarf to keep his head warm!! Pupils in Year 5 made bags and purses to sell at the Rag market in town as part of the Young Apprentice competition. All the profits went to Children in Need.

We raised an amazing £576.03! Thank you to everyone for your generous support.
